Purpose of this Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data, and also sets out individuals’ rights related to our processing of such data.


Personal data we collect 

We may collect personal data in the course of our business, including through your use of our website, when you contact us or request information from us online. When we require personal data from you in order to fulfill a statutory or contractual requirement, or where such information is necessary to enter into a contract or is otherwise an obligation, we will inform you and indicate the consequences of failing to do so.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

  • Customer relations and communication
    We displayed some of our e-mail addresses, and have a contact form on the site. Clicking on one of the e-mail addresses activates your e-mail software and invites you to send your comments to a specific mailbox. When you send such a message, your personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to communicate with you, to respond to your inquiries. If you have any questions about the processing of your e-mail and related personal data, do not hesitate to include them in your message. When you use the contact form, your personal data is also collected only to the extent necessary to reply.   • Service management and development, marketing
    We may use personal data in order to respond to Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”), prepare for and present pitches and other proposals, and identify potential business opportunities. However, we may also process limited personal data about individuals (name, company, title, contact information). Ukatemi processes the data

In general, we retain relevant personal data of site visitors for two years from the date of our last interaction with you and in compliance with our obligations under applicable laws, or for longer if we are required to do so according to our regulatory obligations or professional indemnity obligations, or where we believe necessary to establish, defend, or protect our legal rights and interests or those of others. In the latter case, the data are retained for the duration of the enforcement of rights.
